Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Parkili mobile application (“the App”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the app. These Terms apply to all users of the app, including drivers searching for parking and authorized parking owners listing or managing parking spaces.

1. Use of the Service‍

Parkili is designed to help users find legal, nearby parking spots and to allow registered parking managers or facility owners to list and manage those spaces.

You may use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information.
• Interfere with or disrupt the app’s services or servers.
• Use Parkili in any manner that could harm the experience of other users.‍

2. User Accounts‍

To access certain features of the app, users may be required to create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date personal information such as your name, phone number, and email address.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Parkili is not responsible for unauthorized use of your account.‍

3. Real-Time Parking Information‍

While Parkili aims to offer accurate and real-time parking information, we do not guarantee that all data is current, accurate, or available at all times.

You agree to verify the legality and availability of a parking space before use. Parkili is not responsible for outdated listings, unavailable parking, or errors in navigation.‍

4. Parking Owners & Listings‍

If you are a parking owner or manager, you must only list authorized, legal parking spaces.

You are responsible for ensuring your listing is:

• Accurate
• Up to date
• In accordance with local laws and regulations

You may not list or promote parking on public roads or illegal zones. Parkili reserves the right to remove any listing that appears false, misleading, or unauthorized.‍

5. Fees and Payments‍

Currently, Parkili is free to use for both drivers and parking space owners.

If any paid features, premium listings, or subscriptions are introduced in the future, users will be notified and provided the option to agree to updated terms.‍

6. Intellectual Property‍

All intellectual property on the app — including the Parkili logo, name, UI design, copy, and features — are the sole property of Parkili and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or used without prior written permission.‍

7. Limitation of Liability‍

Parkili shall not be held liable for:

• Any parking fines, vehicle towing, or damages
• Navigation errors
• Misuse of the platform
• Loss of access to parking due to third-party actions

You use the app at your own risk and are responsible for your parking decisions.‍

8. Termination of Access‍

Parkili reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app if:

• You violate any terms
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Compromise the safety or integrity of the platform‍

9. Privacy Policy‍

Use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and store your data. By using Parkili, you consent to our data practices.‍

10. Governing Law‍

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco.

Any legal action or dispute arising from these Terms will be handled exclusively by Moroccan courts.‍

11. Changes to the Terms‍

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after any changes means you accept the revised Terms. We encourage users to regularly review this page for updates.
